In memory of our dear friend Brian
It is with a heavy heart we learn of the sudden passing of a dear friend Brian Humphreys (Robert Humphreys) who worked before his retirement at Crosville’s Caernarfon depot.
Brian had many years of experience as a bus and coach driver, driving on National Express services across the UK, the Cymru Coastliner between Caernarfon and Chester and local services to North West Wales. He was a dear friend to so many an highly respected within the Crosville family and beyond.
A huge out pouring of respect and love was shared on our Facebook Crosville Buses group tonight between members with the sudden passing of our very dear friend. Myself and many from the world of bus and Crosville thought the world of Brian and had been friends with him for many years.
He was very supportive of the restoration of CRG163 and we shared many messages on Messenger with developments in recent years. Thank you for your valuable friendship over many years and for your interest in the developments of CRG163’s restoration. We will be deeply missed by all of us.
Thinking very much of Dylan, Nia and family during this very sad time as we send our deepest condolences to them on their huge loss.
Below are photographs of Brian during his time with Crosville as a highly respected driver and friend to so many of us.
